Our Purpose
The Forum exists to renew the human conversation in an age of interdependence. It creates environments in which leaders, thinkers, educators, artists and emerging generations can encounter different perspectives, question fragmented assumptions and build relationships grounded in curiosity and mutual respect.
Its approach is inspired by Planetary Humanism and complex thought: an understanding of humanity that protects dignity and plurality while recognising our shared planetary destiny.
What Makes the Forum Distinctive
The Forum does not seek to compete with established conferences, universities, foundations or international organisations. It works alongside them, contributing a humanistic and cross-civilizational perspective to conversations already under way.

History under verification
Origins
The Forum emerged from a personal and intellectual journey. A conversation with Edgar Morin became a friendship; that friendship developed into a continuing dialogue; and the dialogue inspired a book, a joint public reflection on Planetary Humanism and the ambition to create a platform capable of carrying these ideas forward.
The World Humanism Forum now connects this intellectual foundation with the Florence Humanism Dialogues, Bayt al-Hikma, publications, education and future institutional partnerships.
